Returns and Refunds Policy

At Fio Wander, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Time Frame

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Once your return is approved, you must ship the item back to us within 5 days.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as store credit (depending on your preference), within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Used, worn, or damaged items not due to our error

  • Personalized or custom-made items

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing [email protected]. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
